The carpet area is quite decent, around 762 to 792 Sq.ft, so there should be enough space for the kids to play indooConstruction is still going on and expected to finish by December 2025. The location in Vayusena Nagar, Dabha seems promising for future growth. We checked the amenities, and 24x7 water supply is a must-have. Landscaping looks like it will be nice too. Hopefully, the traffic noise from the nearby roads won't be too much of an issue once we move in.
