I chose a 3 BHK flat, approximately 1700 square feet, for which I paid 85 Lakh. The fact that it is ready to move saved me a lot of hassle during the move. The inclusion of a children's play area and landscaping makes the community pleasant. While the developer, Zion Constructions and Interio, has completed projects before, the OC received status wasn't immediately available, which was a small point of concern during due diligence. However, the overall peaceful environment and the convenience of location outweigh this.

The gated community offesecurity, and the children's play area is a great amenity for them. Power backup is also essential for us. The only minor issue is that the parking space can feel a bit cramped, especially if you have larger vehicles or multiple caHowever, the overall spaciousness of the flat and the prime location make it a worthwhile choice.
