It's located in Sithalapakkam, which is a developing area. The price starting from 33.75 Lakh seemed reasonable for the size and location. We liked that it’s Vastu compliant, which was important for my wife. The security seems good with 24x7 presence. Getting to the ORCHIDS school nearby took us only a short distance which is convenient. The only slight issue is the road leading to the complex can get a bit congested during peak office hou, but it’s manageable.
