The biggest draw was having Tapovan School and Wockhardt Hospitals within nearby. This proximity significantly reduces travel time for essentials and emergencies. The developer, Zen Avenue Llp, seems reliable. The project is under construction, with completion scheduled for December 2029. We are looking forward to using the swimming pool and the amphitheater. The only slight worry is the nearby distance to the Mavdi Fire Station Bus Stop; it’s a bit further than we hoped for public transport access.
