I bought a 1 BHK here, the built-up area is around 827 Sq.ft. It felt like a good size for me, not too big to manage. The location in Yelahanka is decent, close enough to NH-7 for my commute to the office. The price was in my budget, around 34.73 Lakhs, which was a major factor. Zed Homes seems to have finished the project by December 2010, so it's ready to move in, which is great. The only slight issue is the dust from the nearby road widening work, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. The cycling track is a nice touch for weekends. Overall, it's a practical choice for a single peon.

The only minor inconvenience is that the Dasarahalli Metro Station is a bit far, nearby, making public transport slightly less convenient. However, the proximity to Nagarjuna Vidyaniketan, nearby, is excellent for visiting grandchildren.
