This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on ZED Wildgrass in Vijayanagar, Mysore. The location appealed to me because it's near the Vijayanagara Police Station Bus Stop, making commutes easy. I also liked that Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala is very close by, which is good for the future. Zed Homes is the developer, and their project being ready to move was a big draw for a fit-time buyer like me. I didn't have to worry about lengthy construction timelines. The lack of detailed area and price information was a bit confusing initially, but the overall feel of the place seemed positive. I'm hoping it proves to be a good investment.

The Vijayanagar, Mysore area offea good living environment. Zed Homes developing this project means there is some level of trust. The fact that it is ready to move in allowed me to settle in without delay. While the general amenities were not listed, the basic necessities are covered. My only slight worry is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, which could be an issue if I have guests over frequently. Despite that, the location is a massive win.
