We moved into Zaveri Amara about six months ago. The 4 BHK apartment is quite spacious, around 4760 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. The location in Bodakdev is very convenient, close to Auda Garden which is nice for walks. We also appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the water softener plant, a good addition. While construction is solid, the surrounding area can get a bit dusty during peak houdue to traffic on the nearby roads. Overall, it's a peaceful community with good amenities like the clubhouse.

We recently bought our fit home in Zaveri Amara. The 4 BHK layout felt perfect for us, even though we might not use all the rooms initially. It's 4760 square feet, so plenty of space to grow into. Living near the IOC Petrol Pump in Bodakdev is quite handy for daily commutes. The Doordahan Kendra Metro Station is also just about a kilometer away, which is great for weekend trips. The swimming pool and gymnasium are definite plus points for us. Parking is adequate, but sometimes finding a spot can be a little tight during evenings when most residents are home.

However, the initial price was at the higher end of our budget, around 5 crore, which required careful financial planning. Still, the quality of construction and the surrounding green spaces make it a comfortable place to reside.
