Zara Aavaas 3 seemed like a reasonable investment. The location in Sector 104, Dwarka Expressway, is developing. I purchased a 2 BHK unit measuring 635 sq.ft for approximately 68 Lakhs. The project is ready to move, which was a major factor for me. I liked that it is Vastu compliant and has a jogging track for daily exercise. The main concern is the connectivity to NH 8, which is also nearby, but traffic can be heavy during peak houThe club facilities, including the steam and sauna, are a nice addition for the price. It’s a decent option for self-use or rental income in the future.

We chose Zara Aavaas 3 because of its proximity to schools. MPS World School is just 800 meteaway, making the morning drop-off much easier for our kids. We bought a 2 BHK apartment, about 635 sq.ft, which feels quite roomy for our family. The construction was completed in 2020, and it’s ready for immediate occupation. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security, and the kids play area is a good facility. The price point, around 68 Lakhs for the larger units, is on the higher side, but we felt the location and amenities justified it. The swimming pool and jogging track are utilized regularly. We did find the parking a bit tight, especially when visiting friends or family.

The size of 498 sq.ft is manageable, and it's located well, close to Manipal Hospital where I will be working. The price range for these apartments, starting around 45 Lakhs, was competitive. Having a community shopping complex within the premises is a definite plus for convenience. The Swimming Pool and Tennis Court are great amenities. My only reservation is the distance to Iffco Chowk Metro Station, also nearby, which might make public transport a bit of a stretch on busy days. However, the proximity to the expressway is excellent.

Zara Group has delivered on time, and the project was completed in 2020, so it's ready to move in. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and the gated community aspect are important for their comfort and security. The price point around 32.35 Lakhs was very attractive for the location. My parents can walk to MPS World School, which is only 800 meteaway, perfect for visiting grandchildren. I wish they had provided OC details though, it would give more peace of mind.

We moved into Zara Aavaas 3 about two months ago. The location on Dwarka Expressway is quite convenient for my office commute, only close to the expressway itself. We got a 2 BHK which is around 498 sq.ft built up, feels spacious enough for us. The internet is generally good. The biggest issue is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, it gets everywhere. Also, the community shopping complex is still mostly empty, so we have to go out for most things. The price was within our budget though, around 45 Lakhs.
