The location in Ayanavaram is convenient as it is close to ICF School and MGM Healthcare Hospital, which are both nearby. The project was completed in January 2014 and is ready to move in. The price for our 2 BHK was around 84.8 Lakh. While the construction quality looks good, the overall aesthetic of the building and common areas feels a bit dated now, considering it's been ready for a decade.
