After working for many yea, I wanted a home that is low maintenance and in a decent locality. Z Rukmini 10 Forest Park is situated in a nice part of Forest Park, which is perfect for my retirement. The 1154.65 square feet unit is just the right size for me and my wife to manage. We liked that the developer, Z estates, has planned for dedicated landscaping and tree planting, which will keep the surroundings pleasant. It is also good to have the Capital Hospital Bhubaneswar nearby for any health concerns. The community buildings will hopefully be a nice space to spend time with other senior residents once the building is fully ready for us to move in by March 2028.
