It's ready to move which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. Being close to Nandan Kanan Road is convenient for weekend trips. My partner likes the idea of having Apollo Hospitals just a stone's throw away, although I hope we never need it. The area has decent connectivity. Overall, it was a good find for our needs.
