The nearby roads like Jayadev Vihar Ekamra Kanana Road and Indradhanu Market Road are accessible. My only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which makes me a bit hesitant about the long-term legal aspects, even though it was completed in December 2011. The gym and jogging track are good facilities.
