Finally moving out of our rental place! We chose Yula One after looking at several options in Kondapur. This 3 BHK apartment is a significant upgrade, offering a spacious 1525 Sq.ft of saleable area. The fact that it is ready to move in was perfect for our plans. We love the idea of having power backup as we have faced issues with that in our current apartment. The nearby Miyapur Metro Station, nearby, will make commuting easier. The construction quality seems solid, and the earthquake-resistant structure gives us peace of mind. Our only reservation is the price, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the space and amenities justify it for us.

The location in Kondapur, Serilingampally is quite convenient for them as Sanskriti School is nearby, and Srikara Hospitals are also nearby at nearby.
