Yuga Shem Park, located in Semmancheri off OMR, is about a nearby drive, which is manageable. I opted for a 3 BHK unit, approximately 1610 sq.ft. The ready-to-move status was crucial for me. The project by Yuga Homes Ltd. Offeessential amenities like power backup and a gymnasium, which are important for a busy schedule. The rainwater harvesting is a thoughtful feature for Chennai. Parking could be a bit tight during evenings when residents return, but overall it's a functional living space.

We were looking for a ready-to-move-in place near IT corridoand Yuga Shem Park fit the bill. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, ouis 1635 sq.ft. Being close to OMR and Sholinganallur means my commute is short, which is a big plus. The children's play area is a nice touch for future family plans. Security seems solid with 24/7 guards. One thing we noticed is that the internal roads within the complex could be wider, especially during peak houwhen many caare coming in and out. Power backup is reassuring though, given Chennai's monsoons.

Our primary reason for choosing Yuga Shem Park was its proximity to ORCHIDS The International School, which is practically next door. It made our daily drop-offs so much easier. We got a 1610 sq.ft 3 BHK here. The building was completed in June 2007, so it's quite an established property. We appreciate the 24/7 security and the children's play area is a hit with our kids. The only minor issue is the traffic noise sometimes from OMR, even though it's a bit off the main road. Other than that, the rain water harvesting system is a good environmental feature.
