Yuga Krishna Enclave's location in Chetpet is fantastic; Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School is literally a 2-minute drive away, making the morning rush so much less stressful. Our 3 BHK flat is 1800 square feet, providing ample space for our growing family. It was ready to move in, which saved us a lot of hassle. The proximity to Nehru Park Metro Station (0.66 kilomete) is also a bonus for getting around the city easily. The builde, Yuga Homes Ltd., seem to have prioritized location and space. While the flat itself is spacious, the common areas could use a bit more upkeep, but it's not a major issue.
