We purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Yuga Homes. The built-up space is 1003 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for our family. The proximity to schools, specifically Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School being nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. We also liked that MGM Healthcare is also close to the project. The project is ready to move, which saved us a lot of waiting time. The swimming pool and the reading lounge are nice additions. My only slight concern is the traffic noise during peak housince it is quite close to main roads, but that's typical for Chennai South.
