Also, being close to Koyambedu Metro Station makes commuting easier for work. The construction quality seems decent enough for the price. We haven't faced any major issues so far, and the Yuga Developeteam has been responsive to our queries. The main concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it's quite close to a main road. We are still settling in, but overall it feels like a good decision for our fit home purchase.
