Finding a home near good schools was our priority, and Yogin Belva Project A's proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 AFS Pune, a short distance, was a deciding factor. We bought a 2 BHK which has a decent carpet area of around 668 Sq.ft. The community buildings and the senior citizen siteout are nice touches for the whole family. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex feel greener. However, the traffic on Lohgaon - Wagholi Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. The project was completed in December 2022, so it's ready to move in. We are still waiting on the OC.
