This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Yogi Residency from Akshar Corporation. I bought a 2 BHK, which is 1100 sq.ft built-up. It felt like a good starting point. The community has a children's play area and a swimming pool, which are great amenities for future use. The location is developing, which I hope will be good for the future. The project is ready to move, so I didn't have to wait long. The only small drawback I noticed is that the internal roads within the complex could be a bit wider. But for a fit-time buyer, it seems like a solid choice.
