  We recently purchased a 3 BHK flat at Yogi Edhas. The carpet area is about 850 square feet, which is a decent size for our family. The location in Makarpura, near D-Mart, is quite accessible. My wife liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 security. One thing that concerns me a bit is the traffic during peak houon the main road near Makarpura Bus Depot, which is a short distance. However, the developer Hari DevelopeVadodara seems to be building it well. The price point around 40 Lakhs onwards is competitive. Power backup and fire fighting systems are good safety features.

This seems like a good value for the carpet area offered in Vadodara. The project is still under construction with a completion date of December 2029. While it's a gated community with good amenities like 24x7 security and water supply, I noticed the access road could be better maintained. It's not a major issue, but something to consider. The proximity to My Apple School is also a plus for families.
