My strategy is to hold it for a few yea, banking on the growth of the Ankanahalli area, which is off the Mysore Coorg Road. The developer, Yesh Develope, seems to have a reasonable track record. I was looking for a plot that was vastu compliant and offered good space, and this fulfilled those criteria. The project offeamenities like an amphitheater and a multipurpose room, which could add to the future rental appeal. The fact that it's still under construction means I got a better entry price. I will be keeping an eye on the completion timeline.

  I decided to purchase a plot in Yesh Mega City Phase 01 for my parents back home in Mysore. The location in Ankanahalli, off Mysore Coorg Road, seems quite accessible. They offer plot sizes ranging from 800 Sq.ft up to 5000 Sq.ft, which gives good flexibility. My parents are quite particular about vastu, so the vastu compliant plots were a big plus. The price for the 800 Sq.ft plot was around 16.67 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the area. I am hoping the landscaping and tree planting will make it a pleasant place for them to live. The developer, Yesh Develope, has a few projects so I trust they will complete this one well.

  I bought a plot here mainly for the amenities. Yesh Mega City Phase 01 has a club house, gymnasium, and a jogging track which are important for me. The 800 Sq.ft plot size fits my budget, costing about 16.67 Lakh. It's under construction now. The location in Yadavagiri, Mysore, is decent, but the access road can be a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which might be inconvenient during peak houI am hoping the landscaping and flower gardens will make the place beautiful. The developer is Yesh DevelopeI wish they had provided the Occupation Certificate status.

  This is my fit property purchase, a 1200 Sq.ft plot in Yesh Mega City Phase 01. I liked that the developer, Yesh Develope, mentioned 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, which made me feel safer. The area is developing, and it's located near the Mysore Coorg Road. I am looking forward to building my house here once construction is complete. The price was around 22.22 Lakh for this size. My only slight worry is that the project is still under construction and the completion date was November 2012, which has passed. I hope they finish soon. The amenities like the jogging track and gymnasium are also appealing.
