We finalized our 2 BHK at YD Sai last month. The builtup area is a good 1254 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. Location in Kalkere is decent, close to ORCHIDS school which is a plus. We are looking for a ready to move in property and this fits the bill. The price range of 43.43 Lakh to 52.67 Lakh was within our budget. Power backup is important for us as we both work from home sometimes and it's good to know that's available. Hopefully, the construction quality holds up well over the yeaThe completion date is October 2024, so we have a little bit of waiting time.

We were looking to upgrade from our rental flat and found YD Sai in Kalkere. We liked the 3 BHK configuration, with a builtup area of 1034 sq.ft, which is a good step up for us. The price range of 43.43 Lakh to 52.67 Lakh seemed reasonable compared to other projects we looked at in Bangalore. The fact that it is ready to move in was a major deciding factor, as we needed to move quickly. The YD Group seems to have a decent reputation. We are a bit concerned about the noise levels from the nearby construction activity, but hopefully, that settles down soon after completion in October 2024. The 24x7 water supply is a must-have for us.

The developer, YD Group, seems to have a decent track record. However, the proximity to a major bus stop like Kaudenahalli is over nearby, which might be a slight drawback for some tenants. Also, the completion is slated for October 2024, so it's not immediately available for possession. Need to see how the area develops further.

I have purchased a 2 BHK flat in YD Sai, located in Kalkere, Horamavu. The builtup area of 1254 sq.ft is quite generous. The price point was within my expectations, around 47 Lakh. It is ready to move in, which is convenient. The developer, YD Group, is constructing this project. One minor issue is that the Occupancy Certificate (OC) received status is not available, which is something I’m keeping an eye on. The location is decent, with ORCHIDS school nearby at nearby. Power backup is a good amenity to have, ensuring continuity. The overall feel of the project is quite positive, and I am hopeful about the future value.

I recently booked a 2 BHK apartment in YD Sai, Kalkere. The 1254 sq.ft builtup area is quite large for a single peon, but it offeplenty of space. The price was around 45 Lakh, which felt acceptable for Bangalore. It's ready to move in, so I can settle in soon. The developer is YD Group. One thing I've noticed is that the connectivity to main roads could be better, you have to navigate through some smaller lanes to reach the property. Also, the completion date is October 2024, which means I have to wait a bit longer. The nearby hospital is Cloudnine, but the exact distance is not listed, which is a bit inconvenient.

The area feels relatively peaceful, which is good for raising children. Hopefully, the common spaces are well-maintained.
