  I purchased a plot in YBR Farm Acres primarily as an investment. The location in Eliminedu, near Ibrahimpatnam on Sagar Road, is in a developing corridor of Hyderabad. I acquired a larger plot of 17640 Sq.ft for approximately 29.28 Lakh, aiming for appreciation. The project is listed as ready to move, with completion around May 2017 by YBR Infra Projects. This suggests stability. The availability of recreation facilities and a clubhouse could attract rentein the future. While OC received status is not available, the ready-to-move nature is reassuring. I will be keeping an eye on the rental yields in this vicinity.

  As a business owner, I look for value and convenience. YBR Farm Acres in Kappapahad, Eliminedu offered a plot of 3501 Sq.ft for a reasonable 5.81 Lakh. It is close to Sagar Road, making access relatively easy. The project is ready to move, which suited my immediate needs. I appreciated the maintenance staff and the landscaping that makes the place look pleasant. YBR Infra Projects completed this development by May 2017. My only slight reservation is that the plot sizes, while varied, are mostly quite large, which might limit the immediate resale market for smaller investoHowever, for my purpose, it works well.

The location is decent, near Sagar Road and Ibrahimpatnam. It’s ready to move, which was a key factor for us. The developer, YBR Infra Projects, finished the project by May 2017. We were impressed by the landscaping and tree planting, and the clubhouse is a good addition for weekend relaxation. The only downside is that the access road to the site could be a bit wider; it's a narrow lane for a short distance.

I did notice some dust on the roads leading to the site, which might be a concern during construction phases if more plots are being developed, but for a ready-to-move plot, it is acceptable.
