The fixed price of 15,500 per square yard was quite clear, which I appreciated. It's an HMDA approved layout in South Hyderabad with good internal roads and street lighting. The ICICI Bank loan facility of 50% is also a great help for fit-time buyelike me. The developer, YBR Infra Projects, has ensured basic facilities like water and drainage are in place. It was completed in November 2021.
