Being ready to move in March 2019 was a big plus as we didn't want to wait too long. The landscaping and tree planting gives a nice green feel. We liked that it's in Satpur, close to where we teach. Parking is available, which is important. The electrical meter room is also convenient. Overall, the project looks decent for the area.
