We really liked that the project is close to the Underground Subway Metro Station which is just 1.72 kilometeaway. The 2 BHK flats are around 770 square feet, which is perfect for us as a young couple. Yasasvi Developehave been clear about the fact that it will be ready by January 2028. We are slightly concerned about the limited parking space mentioned in the plans, so we might need to discuss that further. Otherwise, the location in Koritepadu is hard to beat for the price point. It feels like a safe and practical place to start our journey together.
