At a price of 42.12 Lakh for a 1170 Sq.ft flat, it is a safe bet. Yaganti Constructions has a decent reputation. The proximity to Aster Ramesh Hospitals and the Hindupur-Kadiri Hwy makes it easy to find tenants later. I have already started looking for a rental candidate. The power backup and security features are standard, which makes it easier to market to families. It is not the most luxurious project but it serves the purpose for long term rental income. I am satisfied with the quality of the building.

We finally bought our own home at Yaganti Almond Valley after yeaof living in small rented flats. The 1170 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment is a huge upgrade for us. Yaganti Constructions did a good job with the basic infrastructure. Having the STEM SCHOOL nearby is great for our professional lives. We were worried about the budget, but 42.12 Lakh was within our range. The area is quite accessible from Amaravathi Road. My only complaint is the amount of dust in the area due to nearby construction work, but that is expected in developing zones. We are enjoying the new space and the community is friendly. We moved into Yaganti Almond Valley a few months ago. We wanted a quiet place near Amaravathi Road. The 2 BHK apartment size of 1170 Sq.ft is just right for us to maintain. We really liked that STEM SCHOOL is nearby for our grandchildren when they visit. Yaganti Constructions has provided power backup which is very useful during the summer months. My only minor concern is that the main road traffic can be a bit noisy during peak hou, but inside the flat it is peaceful. The security team is polite and attentive.
