We bought a 3 BHK here for my parents who are living in Mohali. They wanted something comfortable and close to amenities. The size is good, around 1529 square feet which gives them plenty of space. They liked the idea of a gym and swimming pool within the complex. The developer, WWICS Estates, has been around for a while so we trusted them. Getting there is also easy, it is only close to National Highway 21 and National Highway 95. The only slight concern is that the construction is from 2012, so we will need to check if any major maintenance is due soon. Otherwise, my parents are happy with the spacious balconies and the garden area.
