We liked the location in Valasaravakkam, close to Arcot road, making our commute easier. The price for our flat was approximately 50 Lakhs, fitting well within our savings and loan eligibility. The building was completed in 2014 and is ready to move in, which suited our timeline perfectly. The power backup is a useful amenity. The main drawback we’ve noticed is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during late evenings. Also, the dust levels can be a bit high sometimes due to the traffic.

We got it for about 65 Lakhs, which was the upper end of our budget, but the location near Arcot road is worth it. The Ashok Nagar Metro Station is also a short distance, making it easy to travel across the city. The building is ready to move in, which was perfect for us. The common areas are well-maintained.
