The price, between 28.5 Lakh and 40.5 Lakh, was achievable with some savings and a small loan. The location near NH - 8 helps my wife reach her school faster. While the project was completed back in 2010 by Wish Empire, it seems to have held up reasonably well. The main issue we found is the road leading to the project can be quite dusty, especially during dry weather, which is a bit botheome.
