Jp Nagar 7th Phase is an area with good rental potential, especially with Bannerghatta Road and Outer Ring Road nearby for connectivity. Wise Buildeand Developecompleted this project quite some time ago, in 2011, so it’s a tried and tested property. The lack of mentioned amenities isn't a deal breaker for an investment property, as the rental yield is the main focus.
