It's ready to move, so I didn't have to wait. The location is okay, close to Begur Main Road. They have a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which are nice additions. The construction is from 2011. One thing I noticed is that the dust from the nearby roads can sometimes be an issue, especially during dry weather.
