We liked that it is ready to move, so we could shift without hassle. The gym and the kid's pool are great for our family. Apollo International School being so close is a huge benefit for our children. The price point, around 72 Lakh for a 2 BHK, was manageable with our savings and a home loan. The only slight concern is that the traffic on Sahastradhara Road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's manageable given the proximity to essentials.
