    We chose Windlass River Valley Phase 3B mainly because of the proximity to St Kabeer Academy. It is literally nearby, which saves so much morning rush time. The location on NH 72 is also very convenient for us to travel around Dehradun. The Mall of Dehradun being so close is a nice bonus for weekend outings. We are still waiting for the exact configuration details for the flat we booked, but the builder, Windlass DevelopePvt Ltd, has assured us it will be spacious enough for our family. The area seems to be developing well, and we are hoping it will be a good place for the kids to grow up. The connectivity is excellent, making daily commutes easier.
