We bought a 4 BHK here in Whiteland The Aspen because of its proximity to Delhi Public School 84, which is nearby. That makes school runs so much easier. The apartment size is substantial, with options ranging from 3680 sq.ft up to 7582 sq.ft for a 4 BHK, giving our children plenty of space to play. The developer, Whiteland Corporation Private Limited, has designed the project with amenities like a swimming pool and landscaping, which the kids are already excited about. While the location in Sector 76, New Gurgaon is developing nicely, traffic on the Delhi-Ajmer Expressway can get a bit heavy during peak hou, which is something we need to factor in. Overall, we feel it's a good choice for our family's future.

We recently visited Whiteland The Aspen in Sector 76, Gurgaon, and were quite impressed. The sheer scale of the project, offering residences from 3 BHK to penthouses, is remarkable. The stunning Aravalli & City Skyline Views are indeed a major draw. I am particularly interested in the larger configurations, like the 5 BHK apartments that go up to 12613 sq.ft. The World-class Jewel Theme Clubhouse sounds fantastic for networking and relaxation. Whiteland Corporation Private Limited has put a lot of thought into the amenities, including Vastu compliant spaces and a dedicated gymnasium. My only reservation is the current construction status; it's under construction and completion is still a few yeaaway. The dust and noise from ongoing work are noticeable, but that’s expected at this stage.
