I looked at several projects before settling on White Woods by Sri Balaji BuildeI liked the 2 BHK apartment I saw; it had a built-up area of 1150 square feet, which felt just right. The price was around 1.1 Crore, which was stretching my budget a bit, but the walkability to the nearby school and hospital was a huge plus. The project has a children's play area and a garden, which I think my future family will enjoy. I am still waiting for the OC details though, which is a little concerning.
