We are looking at a 2 BHK villa, with a built-up area between 1020 to 1109 sq.ft. The price of 61.2 Lakh is achievable for us. The developer, WH Landholdings Llp, offegood amenities like a children's play area and landscaping. The only downside is the traffic congestion on New Town Road during peak hou, but we are hoping it improves.
