Finding a good home near schools was my priority. West Minster in Saibaba Colony is perfectly located, close to Avila Convent Matriculation Higher Secondary School. This was a huge deciding factor for us. We are looking at a 2 BHK apartment, and the sizes are good, around 1034 sq.ft to 1161 sq.ft. The budget for these starts at 69.8 Lakhs. The location is convenient, and the developer, Sri Aneka Properties Private Limited, has offered ready to move units. The only downside I see is the traffic on Mettupalayam Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, but it’s a trade-off for this central location.
