The price was on the higher side, about 59 Lakh, but the convenience of immediate possession and the location close to Manipal Hospitals Broadway was worth it. I appreciate the children's play area, even though I don't have kids, it adds to the community feel. The West Bengal Housing Board completed this project yeaago, so there are no construction hassles. However, the road leading to the complex can be a bit dusty sometimes.
