We visited Wertical Space last weekend and were quite impressed. Being in the IT field, proximity to S. G. Highway, which is nearby, is a huge plus for our commute. The 3-side open units with 75% open space sound great for natural light and ventilation. We are looking at the 856 sq.ft configuration for our 3 BHK. The amenities like the Jogging Track and Health Club with an Open-air Yoga Deck are exactly what we wanted. The Amphitheatre is also a nice touch for community events. The only thing we need to consider is the price point, which we are still evaluating, but the overall project by Wertical Properties looks promising for our future.
