The price for a 4500 square feet apartment starts at 9.45 Crore, which is a significant financial commitment for us, but we felt the size and location justified it. The location in the Park Street Area is very convenient, especially being so close to Maidan Metro Station, about half a kilometer away. My parents were also happy with the Vastu compliant design. The price range of 9.45 Crore to 10.5 Crore was definitely at the higher end, but for this location and the size of the apartment, it felt justified.
