The plot sizes are decent, we got a 540 Sq.ft one which is enough space for us right now. The school is right next door, which is a huge relief for my kids. We also liked the cycling and jogging track, good for evening walks. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for peace of mind. The only minor issue is that the metro station is quite far, nearby. But for daily school runs, it's perfect.
