The gated community and security features provide a sense of safety. It is located in SAS Nagar, Chandigarh. The proximity to Sohana Hospital (2.4 KM) is a good thing to have nearby. I am still getting used to the area and finding my way around, but it seems like a decent neighborhood. The construction was completed in March 2018.
