The apartments are spacious, with the 3 BHKs having carpet areas ranging from 1110 sq.ft to 1351 sq.ft. The price is around 50-60 Lakhs. They have a good list of amenities, including a children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids are very excited about. The location in Digberia is also convenient with NH-34 and NH-112 nearby. Construction is underway and expected to complete by September 2028. We are hopeful that the quality of construction will be good, as we are making a significant investment for our family's future.
