The project by Wall Rock Infratech Pvt Ltd has a good mix of amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and landscaping. I inspected a 3 BHK flat which had a built-up area of about 1600 Sq.ft. The design by shilpa agrawal architects is quite appealing. The price for the property I looked at was approximately 1.2 Crore. It is situated in Sector-16C, Noida Extension. While the project itself is good, the completion date information from the developer was not readily available, which is a slight drawback for me.
