    We purchased a plot for my parents who are living in Nagpur. Wainganga Kalash Vatika is located in Jamtha, Wardha Road, a rapidly developing area. The proximity to Montfort School, a short distance, and Suretech Hospital, a short distance, makes it an ideal location for them. The developer, Wainganga Associate, is providing essential infrastructure like internal roads, footpaths, and storm water drains. We chose a plot size of 1296 Sq.ft. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion by September 2027. We are also pleased with the focus on water conservation and rainwater harvesting. The only slight drawback is that the pricing information was not readily available upfront.
