The developer, Sree Pooja Promote, is planning a serene Buddha statue in a lush park, which appeals to me. The price for my plot was about 45 Lakh. While the project is listed as Ready to Move, the completion date is July 2025, which is a bit confusing. Also, the OC is not yet available. The distance to the hospital is manageable.
