VVSS Royal Heights seemed like the perfect fit for our family. We chose a 2 BHK which has a super builtup area of 1100 square feet. Our kids can play safely in the dedicated children's play area. The biggest advantage is Oakridge International School being so close. We can drop them off without any hassle. The 24x7 security and power backup provide peace of mind. The only small issue we've noticed is that during the summer afternoons, the water pressure on our floor can drop a bit. Overall, it’s a good community for families.

I chose this project because it's ready to move and has essential amenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which are important for their peace of mind. The Vastu compliance was also a factor I considered. The proximity to Continental Hospitals is a great plus in case of any medical emergency. I haven't peonally visited the site recently, but my parents are happy with the living space and the community.

It’s not a dealbreaker, but something I noticed. The location in Manikonda is decent.

The area seems to be developing well. I am still exploring all the amenities, but so far, the experience has been smooth. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable in the long run.

The nearby Gachibowli area is great for dining and entertainment. We’ve made good use of the gymnasium and the landscaping makes the complex feel very green. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. The only drawback we've encountered is the parking space; it can be a bit tight if you have larger vehicles or multiple caOther than that, we are happy here.

Being a business owner, I value proximity to business hubs, and Gachibowli being nearby is fantastic for me. The construction quality looks robust, and the Vastu compliant design was a significant factor in our decision. The landscaping is also quite pleasant. My only slight worry is the traffic in Manikonda during peak hou, but it’s manageable.
