  VVSS Royal Heights seemed like the perfect fit for our family. We chose a 2 BHK which has a super builtup area of 1100 square feet. Our kids can play safely in the dedicated children's play area. The biggest advantage is Oakridge International School being so close. We can drop them off without any hassle. The 24x7 security and power backup provide peace of mind. The only small issue we've noticed is that during the summer afternoons, the water pressure on our floor can drop a bit. Overall, it’s a good community for families.

  I bought a 2 BHK apartment at VVSS Royal Heights for my parents who are living in Hyderabad. The 1100 square feet super builtup area is a comfortable size for them. I chose this project because it's ready to move and has essential amenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which are important for their peace of mind. The Vastu compliance was also a factor I considered. The proximity to Continental Hospitals is a great plus in case of any medical emergency. I haven't peonally visited the site recently, but my parents are happy with the living space and the community.

  I purchased a 3 BHK apartment at VVSS Royal Heights, with a super builtup area of 1580 square feet. The Vastu compliance was a major selling point for me, as was the availability of a gymnasium and power backup. It’s a ready-to-move property, which meant I could settle in without much delay. The landscaping and tree planting efforts are commendable, creating a peaceful environment. While the overall construction quality seems good, I do find the corridoa little narrow. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something I noticed. The location in Manikonda is decent.

  This is my fit property purchase, and I chose VVSS Royal Heights for its ready-to-move status. I opted for a 2 BHK with a super builtup area of 1100 square feet. The developer, VVSS Associates, has a decent reputation. I liked the idea of having a gymnasium and proper car parking available. The Vastu compliance was also important to me. The area seems to be developing well. I am still exploring all the amenities, but so far, the experience has been smooth. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable in the long run.

  As I am relocating to Hyderabad for work at Continental Hospitals, which is nearby, VVSS Royal Heights was a logical choice. I bought a 2 BHK apartment. The location in Manikonda is convenient, and the super builtup area of 1100 square feet is sufficient for my needs. I appreciate the provision for rainwater harvesting and the general landscaping. The building is ready to move in, which saved us a lot of time. The intercom system is also a useful feature. I am looking forward to settling in.

  My partner and I recently moved into our 2 BHK at VVSS Royal Heights. The 1100 square feet super builtup area is a good size for us. We loved the location in Manikonda, it’s quite accessible. The nearby Gachibowli area is great for dining and entertainment. We’ve made good use of the gymnasium and the landscaping makes the complex feel very green. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. The only drawback we've encountered is the parking space; it can be a bit tight if you have larger vehicles or multiple caOther than that, we are happy here.

  We purchased a 3 BHK apartment at VVSS Royal Heights in Manikonda. The super builtup area is a generous 1580 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. Being a business owner, I value proximity to business hubs, and Gachibowli being nearby is fantastic for me. The construction quality looks robust, and the Vastu compliant design was a significant factor in our decision. The landscaping is also quite pleasant. My only slight worry is the traffic in Manikonda during peak hou, but it’s manageable.
