Our 3 BHK flat has a built-up area of 1450 to 1800 square feet, giving the kids enough space to play. The project offea lot of amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and an amphitheater, which our children are excited about. The noise pollution-free environment is also a big draw. The car parking facilities seem adequate. The price for our 3 BHK was around 1.5 Crore. We are happy with the decision so far.
