After yeaof renting, we finally bought our fit home in VV MSR Nagar. We chose a 1 BHK villa, which is 500 sq.ft, perfect for our needs. The price was around 42 Lakhs, which was affordable for us. Being able to move in immediately since it's ready to move was a huge advantage. The locality is developing, and it's nice that Muthukumaran Hospital is nearby for any emergencies. My husband likes that the Outer Ring Road is close to here, so he can get to his work faster. We are happy with the decision, though sometimes the traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houon the main road.
